The Morgan Machine & Tool billet connecting rod is a precision-machined, USA-made upgrade for the Predator 212 engine (Hemi and Non-Hemi). Built with OEM-style geometry, this rod matches the dimensions of the factory die-cast rod, providing true drop-in installation with correct piston height, crank journal alignment, and wrist-pin position. Each rod is CNC-machined from domestically sourced aluminum billet and includes an integrated oil scoop to improve crank journal lubrication at higher RPM use. This model is manufactured to Predator 212 specifications at 3.308″ center-to-center, designed for a 1.188″ crank pin and 0.709″ wrist pin, and uses 12-point 1/4″ head bolts which must be torqued to 170 in-lbs only. The rod is fully serviceable, designed to accept replaceable bearing inserts, and is intended for performance engines that require reliability, repeatability, and dimensional accuracy without altering deck or piston compression height.
