The Morgan Machine & Tool +.010 over billet connecting rod is a precision-machined upgrade for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone engines. Manufactured in Tennessee from solid 6061-T6 aluminum, this rod maintains OEM-style geometry while increasing center-to-center length to 3.313" for performance builds requiring a slightly longer rod configuration. Designed for a 1.180" Honda/Clone crank pin and a .709" wrist pin, each rod is torqued to specification, big end is bored with cap torqued to spec, and finish-honed prior to shipment to ensure proper oil clearance and repeatable fitment. This rod may also be used in Predator 224 and 212 Ghost engines when paired with a .709" wrist pin piston. Rod bolt torque specification is 170 in-lbs lubricated.
