Returns & Exchanges – Morgan Machine & Tool LLC

At Morgan Machine & Tool, we take pride in the precision of our gages. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping.

Standard Gages

• Returns on standard stock gages are accepted in unused condition.

• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Requests must be pre-authorized and made within 30 days of the original ship date.

Custom Gages

• Custom gages made to customer specifications are non-returnable once manufacturing has started.

General Return Conditions

• Any claims for shipping errors or product discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in original packaging to protect against damage.

• Shipping must be prepaid. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

• All returned gages are subject to inspection before credit or replacement is issued.

• Morgan Machine & Tool reserves the right to decline returns for items showing use or damage.
